A description of the property

This beautiful double fronted two bedroom, two bathroom house is in a great location in the highly regarded Kemp Town district. In a very pretty secure gated mews with entry phone system the house is in a quiet spot yet nearby there are lots of independent food shops, coffee shops and boutique style gift shops. There are also great traditional pubs and bistros. The house is about a fifteen minute walk from Brighton Pier.

This would be an ideal property for a longer executive stay but would equally be great for a holiday! There is a phone for incoming calls and Wi-Fi and a garage for one car.

The House

The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and kitchen/diner. Situated in a pretty mews with a communal courtyard outside. This is a very pretty property in a superb location.

Entrance
Metal gates to the mews are opened via phone entry system.

The Lounge
Neutral décor, soft lighting and complimentary accessories make this the perfect place to relax and watch the tv after a day shopping or at work.
There is a flat screen LCD tv with freeview, dvd player, i-pod dock and Wi-Fi internet access.

Kitchen/Diner
The kitchen has everything you need to self cater. With restaurants literally just around the corner you may never feel the need to cook however! There is a dining table for four. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and cooker/hob etc…all you would expect in a home from home.

Downstairs cloakroom
A neat contemporary downstairs cloakroom.

The Master Bedroom and ensuite
The master bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes. Just like the rest of the house the room is decorated in calm neutral shades and complimented by the white cotton bed linen and towels which are provided for you. There is a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and wc.

If you are staying for longer than week your bed linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis. You can also have a weekly or even twice weekly clean for an additional cost.

The Family Bathroom
The family bathroom is quite spacious and has a bath with a shower over it. It is a contemporary suite.

The Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobe.

Additional Information

There is a garage for one car.

There is broadband at the property. There is a landline telephone for incoming calls only.

Crisp, white bed linen and white towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis if you are staying longer than a week. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.

All electricity and utility costs are included.

As with all our properties, this is a strictly no smoking property although you may smoke outside the front door in the mews.

Price for the property
Prices from £495 to £995 per week. As with all our properties if you require an apartment for a longer period of more than two weeks please call the office and discuss your budget and requirements.

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning, champagne etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full a soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
