A description of the property

We’re not boasting… this really is the only one of its kind in Brighton! A very large beautifully appointed detached house in a prestigious road, close to amenities and the only choice for those who require something in Brighton for a large group or extended family. We have tried to make this a real home from home and there is a dining table that seats ten and a large comfortable lounge with a contemporary five seater leather sofa plus additional sofas and chairs, large LCD tv, Wi-fi (see terms and conditions 11:2), a cd and dvd player, books, games, quality lamps, pictures and accessories.

NO sofa beds - the house has five large bedrooms with beds and SPACE! This is a three quarter of a million pound property stylishly decorated in fresh white and neutral tones, WiFi, large LCD tv with Freeview, dvd player, cd player, dishwasher, washing machine, quality bathrooms (3 WCS) , a very well equipped contemporary kitchen, wooden floors downstairs, neutral carpets in the bedrooms and a large enclosed garden.

There are five bedrooms and the property comfortably sleeps 13. (An additional two people can sleep on z beds making it a possible 15.) The property can be arranged to provide 13 single beds with rooms comfortably sleeping two or three. All the rooms can be changed to provide double beds however. Whatever configuration you need, ask and we’ll see what we can do!

There is a large garden that is enclosed and safe for children and pets. The property has a garage and there is a gated drive with parking for three/four cars. There is unrestricted parking in the roads next to the house also.

It is a short 5 minute ride into central Brighton and the beach. There is a Tesco Metro and independent food stores within walking distance and there are some restaurants and bars a short walk away. There is a large park with a children’s play area and tennis courts very close to the property.

The furniture, fixtures and fittings are of a high standard.

Additional Information

All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

All electricity and gas costs are included.

Travel cots and high chairs can be provided - just ask. Wonderfully kind (and enhanced CRB checked) babysitters are available. (If you feel at all nervous about leaving your little one then you can literally go out to an award winning restaurant round the corner and be home in five minutes should the babysitter phone you.)

If you would like champagne and flowers waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.

A well behaved dog may be accepted at this property by prior arrangement. If you require dog walking/dog sitting this can be arranged. Unfortunately we do not accept cats.

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack, champagne, etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £500 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
