A description of the property

Ideal for a longer term executive let this beautiful apartment offers a peaceful retreat. Holland Road is a raised ground floor apartment, spacious and beautifully furnished in a contemporary style. The choice of colours throughout the apartment create a tranquil, homely feel. A perfect Brighton pied a terre!

This one bedroom apartment is in one of Brighton’s premier addresses and is ideally situated for the beach and town. Set in a very elegant mansion block, this would be the perfect choice for a couple but would also be ideal for a longer term executive let. The apartment is in a great location in one of the most attractive and highly regarded roads in Brighton. The sea is just a short walk away and there are cafes, shops and restaurants at the end of the road…. perfect for enjoying Brighton’s café culture!

The Apartment
The apartment is at the back of a beautiful and very well maintained Regency mansion block and has one spacious double bedroom, a large lounge/ dining room, a beautiful modern bathroom and a fully equipped galley style kitchen. The apartment has been decorated in earthy neutral tones and is furnished stylishly to a high standard, making a very comfortable home from home. There is wireless broadband and a telephone for incoming calls.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is a neat galley style kitchen and has a washer/dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer and everything you need to self cater. It is decorated in calming green tones and has New England style units.

The Lounge / Diner
There is a large LCD tv with freeview channels and a dvd player. There are two comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for occasional use for an additional person. The room has elegant large sash windows which let in lots of light. There is a dining table which can be extended ….ideal for a dinner party or if you need somewhere to work. (As with all our properties we can arrange for hot organic meals and desserts, drinks, snacks and dvds to be delivered to your door…so you can have a dinner party or romantic dinner for two without the effort!) Lamps and high gloss white furniture create a very stylish feel to the room.

Bathroom
The spacious bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. The room is contemporary and beautifully finished in grey and white.

The Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has large sash windows overlooking gardens at the back of the property. It is a spacious room with a double bed, wardrobes and a chest of drawers. There is enough room for a travel cot or small z bed if you have a young child. The wardrobes act as a room divider giving an additional dressing table area or work space.

Additional Information

Not far from the property is St Ann’s Wells Gardens which has tennis courts, a café and children’s playground plus lots of areas to sit, relax and enjoy a picnic. A lovely place to go if you want to sit in attractive gardens with a coffee!

Metered parking is available outside the property or on the seafront or there is an NCP further along in Church Road. You will not need to use your car whilst in Brighton as everything is within walking distance. Please talk to one of our team in the office who will be able to advise you.

There is wireless broadband at the property and a telephone for incoming calls.

Crisp, white bed linen and white towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis if you are staying longer than a week. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.

All gas and electricity costs are included.

As with all our properties, this is a strictly no smoking property and as there is no outside area it would not suit a smoker.

Price for the property
Prices from £395 to £650.

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning, champagne etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £250 damage/ cleaning deposit that will be returned in full a soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
