A description of the property
Brighton living at its best! A beautifully furnished and very stylish Victorian house which is extremely spacious and perfect for groups of friends or extended families. In a great location in Kemp Town just two minutes walk to the left of the Palace Pier with the beach just a few hundred metres away. Restaurants, bars, independent food stores and coffee shops are just at the end of the road and the town centre is a very easy and close walk away.
Bewick House is stylishly decorated in a clean white minimalistic style with beautiful wooden floors and high ceilings. The furniture has been chosen carefully to make it a very attractive and comfortable home for you. It has four huge bedrooms, one family bathroom with a bath with a shower over it, an ensuite shower in one of the other bedrooms and two cloakrooms. Just outside the kitchen and lounge there is an outside terrace area with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying an evening drink and ideal for small children to play safely. As there is no smoking in the house (as with all our properties) this is also very practical if you have smokers in the group.
A very spacious Victorian house set over three floors offering space and luxury throughout and in an ideal location if you want to be in the heart of Brighton and close to the beach.
Ground floor
Hallway
A spacious hallway with a wooden floor offering plenty of space for coats and shoes.
Lounge
The very large double length lounge/diner is beautifully furnished to make it a comfortable place for friends or family to sit and chat. White wooden shutters, a dark wood floor and white walls add to the crisp and stylish feel of the house. An LCD tv has Sky channels and there is a dvd player. There are books and board games for you to use. A quality sofa bed for one and chair beds can be used to accommodate additional people in this room or good quality z beds can be put in the bedrooms. There is a dining table for 8 with additional dining areas in the kitchen and French doors lead to an additional dining area outside. With so many restaurants and cafes just a minute away the kitchen won’t ever need to be used!
Cloakroom
There is a ground floor WC with a handbasin.
Terrace
Patio doors lead to a small terrace area which has a table and chairs for al fresco dining. Please note sixteen people probably wouldn’t comfortably be able to be on the terrace at once!
Lower Ground Floor
Kitchen/Diner
A fantastic kitchen/diner with doors out onto the terrace. There’s a five ring gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, washing machine and it’s equipped with everything you could possibly need to self cater. The kitchen is very good quality with Smeg appliances. There’s a built in dining area which is the perfect place to feed little ones!
First Floor
Family Bathroom
On the first floor there is a modern family bathroom with mosaic tiling with a bath with a shower over it. There is a separate WC making it very practical for larger groups.
Bedroom 1
Bedroom 1 comfortably has two single orthopaedic quality zip and link beds so it can be arranged as a king size bed or twin beds. There is an ensuite power shower.
Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 comfortably sleeps four with four single orthopaedic quality beds. Again the beds can be either king size doubles or singles as all the beds are high quality zip and link beds. If you are a family group please tell us how you would like beds arranged and this will all be done for you. We can put cot beds in any of the rooms or smaller z beds for young children. Please ask and we are happy to help make the sleeping arrangements as practical as possible for you.
Second Floor
Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 sleeps three and can either be arranged as two single orthopaedic beds or a king size bed with a single.
Bedroom 4
Bedroom 4 sleeps 4 in four single beds or can be arranged as two king size beds.

Additional Information
All bed linen and towels are included in the price. (You may want to bring additional towels if you think you are going to make a lot of use of the luxury bathroom as only one hand and one small bath towel is provided for each person!) Bed linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.
All electricity and gas costs are included. The property has gas central heating.
If you would like champagne and chocolates waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. Please ask us about any additional services you would like at your time of booking.
Price for the property
Price from £795 to £1495. If you require a longer term executive let please ring us on 01273 624459 to discuss your requirements.
Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack etc all by arrangement with us.
We hold a £500 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
A well behaved dog may be accepted at this property with prior arrangement. Sorry we do not accept cats.
