This apartment offers what is probably the best view in Brighton with a gorgeous balcony from which to enjoy it! The very best suite at The Grand Hotel can’t top this view and balcony! Directly opposite the sea with views of both piers and in a central Brighton location.
Close to restaurants, bars and cafes. Across the road is the Meeting Place café where you can enjoy your breakfast on the beach front. In the evening why not try the award winning Due South Restaurant perfect for a romantic meal where you can dine looking out to sea and then stroll home under the stars along the beach path.
The neutrally decorated apartment is in an impressive, period apartment block and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is on the third floor and has lift access.
There is broadband at this property (see terms and conditions 11:2). There is a telephone line that takes incoming calls.
Close to Embassy 1 and Embassy 2. If you’re an extended family group why not book the larger Embassy apartments for you and this for the grandparents?!

Lounge/Diner
Fantastic large windows with doors opening out onto a balcony where the most amazing panoramic views can be enjoyed. The lounge is comfortably furnished and has an LCD tv with freeview channels. The dining table can seat up to six. An extra person can sleep in this room with a z-bed for shorter breaks.
Kitchen
The contemporary kitchen leads off from the lounge and has modern high gloss units. It comes equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and everything you need should you wish to self cater. With everything so close by however you’ll never need to use it!
Master bedroom
At the back of the apartment this quiet and comfortable room has built in wardrobes, a double bed and an ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 is a smaller bedroom, also at the back of the apartment, and can be arranged as a single or double.
The Bathroom
The contemporary bathroom has a bath with shower over it.

Additional Information
Please be aware that the balcony may make this unsuitable for climbing toddlers. Enhanced CRB checked babysitters, who are very well known to us, may be available for babysitting should you require it. All three ladies are older, have first aid training and are very kind!
All bed linen and towels are included. If you are staying for longer than a week a change of towels and bed linen is provided. We can also arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.
Pets are not accepted at this property. All electricity and gas costs are included. The property has gas central heating.
If you would like champagne and chocolates waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help – just ask!
Price for the property
From £495 to £995 per week.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
