This is fab! Boutique style self catering with themed bedrooms and a fantastic lounge/kitchen/diner. There are four bedrooms that can accommodate eight with two extra on a sofa bed. A great choice for a group of friends for a weekend break or equally suitable for a family for a cheaper Monday to Friday deal. Your only problem will be deciding who gets which bedroom!

Free on street parking make this a very practical choice too! Located in the cosmopolitan Hanover area of Brighton with lots of local shops and pubs and Queens Park just at the top of the road.

More than just a place to stay this is a fabulous funky property with great attention to detail. All newly fitted with a gorgeous contemporary kitchen with LED lighting and a new bathroom. Well equipped with a wall mounted LCD tv with freeview, dvd player, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, microwave etc…everything you would expect in a home and more!

Ground Floor
On the ground floor are two bedrooms. There is the “Hollywood Room” with designer wallpaper and a stylish “dressing room style” lit vanity unit! The room can be arranged with twin beds or a king size bed as there are zip and link quality orthopaedic beds.

The second bedroom on this floor is the “Paris Room”. Again this can be a double or a twin room. Paris wallpaper, a non working period fireplace and gold and cream accessories make this a very pretty room.

There is a downstairs cloakroom on this floor with mosaic tiles and a new suite. A few steps down and you come to the....

The Kitchen/Lounge/Diner
Stunning high gloss red kitchen! With American fridge/freezer and LED lights this a truly stunning room at the back of the property. Wooden flooring, L shaped black sofa bed and a high gloss dining table that can seat eight make this a sociable and glamorous place to relax, cook and chat with friends. The owner has taken a great deal of care to create a beautiful room for you to relax in with carefully co-ordinated furnishings and accessories. There is a wall mounted LCD tv with freeview channels and a wall mounted modern real flame effect fire....perfect for a cosy winter weekend!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater and there is a dishwasher. A washing machine is located in a cupboard next to the downstairs cloakroom.
There is also a separate really small conservatory type area where smokers can smoke with the windows open making it separate from the lounge area. There is no smoking allowed anywhere else in the property.

Upstairs Bedrooms and Bathroom
There are two bedrooms upstairs. The truly stunning “Buddah Room” in gold and red can be arranged as a double or twin beds. A designer wall mural covers one wall giving you a taste of the Orient!

The last bedroom has a fixed double bed and is the “Room of Mirrors”, elegantly furnished in silvers with a mirror ball hanging from the ceilings and mirror decorations on the walls!

There is a bathroom on this floor beautifully finished with neutral mosaic tiles with a bath with a shower over it.

Additional Information

All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost. There are hairdryers at the property.

All electricity and gas costs are included and you control the thermostat! The property has gas central heating.

If you would like champagne and chocolates waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can give you the number of two fantastic beauty therapists who can come for a pampering night. They can offer salon manicures and pedicures, eyelash tinting, false lashes etc. Please call or email the office for details.

Well behaved dogs may be welcome at this property strictly by arrangement only. Sorry no cats.

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services all by arrangement with us.
We hold a £350 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
