AVALON APARTMENT

A description of the property

Contemporary city living is what it’s all about in this modern designer apartment in a fantastic central location! The Avalon Apartment is just seconds from the beach and The Brighton Centre is only a two minute walk away. All the shops, restaurants and attractions are on your doorstep too, making this beautiful apartment ideally suited to either the business person or holidaymaker.

The apartment is in the gated, secure and very highly regarded Avalon development just off West Street. Although you are right in the heart of Brighton you are well set back from busy west Street in a very secure environment. It is just across the road from the Odeon Cinema, the Hilton Metropole and the De Vere Grand Hotel. A suite at the Grand Hotel couldn’t beat this and the Avalon Apartment is just a fraction of the price! The train station is a ten minute walk directly up West Street and the bus station is a five minute walk along the seafront.

The Apartment
The apartment is tucked away in a modern development just off West Street and close to the beach.
The kitchen/ lounge/dining room is open plan and the whole feel of the apartment is spacious and minimalist with clean lines and contemporary fittings throughout.

Entrance
From West Street there is a wrought iron gate into the development so you are set back and secure from the bustle of the town… away from the crowds of West Street, yet the town and nightlife is just nearby.

The Kitchen/ Lounge/Dining Room
Neutral, clean lines and an open plan lay out create a sense of space and calm.. a great place to chill out after a day shopping or get down to the paperwork if you’re here on business!
The kitchen is a high gloss, state of the art, contemporary kitchen with everything you need to self cater. With restaurants literally just outside the development you may never feel the need to cook however! There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and cooker/hob etc…all you would expect in a home from home.

The comfortable and spacious lounge/diner has an L shaped leather sofa and flat screen LCD tv with freeview, dvd player, cd player and Wi-Fi internet access. The glass dining table makes an ideal place for working or dining and can be set for four.

Bathroom
The contemporary bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

The Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes and drawer space. Just like the rest of the apartment the room is decorated in calm neutral shades and complimented by the white cotton bed linen and towels which are provided for you. If you are staying for longer than week your bed linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis. You can also have a weekly or even twice weekly clean for an additional cost.

Additional Information

If you require parking there is an NCP car park just opposite the Avalon development. You will not need a car during your stay as everything is close to hand.

There is broadband at the property.

Crisp, white bed linen and white towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis if you are staying longer than a week. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.

All electricity and utility costs are included.

As with all our properties, this is a strictly no smoking property and please note there is no outside area with the flat so it would not suit a smoker. There are communal patio garden areas so it may be okay, albeit slightly inconvenient, for occasional smokers.

Price for the property
Prices from £425 to £695 per week. As with all our properties if you require an apartment for a longer period of more than two weeks please call the office and discuss your budget and requirements.

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning, champagne etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £500 damage/ cleaning deposit that will be returned in full a soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
